1. What is your personal definition of success? What are you aiming for in life? What does a "life of fulfillment" look like for you? How can you use your senior year to propel you forward towards your personal success goals?
Success is about how well you are able to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself in life. Personally, I am aiming to do well in my career and college after high school and hopefully owning my own business someday. A life of fulfillment to me would include doing well in my career and being healthy mentally and physically. I would also like to have stable relationships with family and friends. I can use my senior year to attain college credit and continue learning and improving my relations with those around me.
My Personal definition of success is something that you have been trying to achieve for awhile and you finally accomplished that goal. I am personally aiming at becoming a nurse and getting my CNA. My life of fulfillment would be me becoming a nurse and having a big loving family. My senior year could help me fulfill my dreams by me studying and working really hard in my classes to accomplish all of my life goals.
My definition of success is doing what you love and enjoy basically creating your own path. I want to be happy with my life decisions and with whatever profession I choose. A “life fulfillment” to me would be is when I’m happy with what I’m doing and where I’m at in life. I’m going to use my senior year of high school to push myself to find what I love doing, I would like to go into a nursing program after graduation and get my RN. I will also use my senior year to explore the workforce and see what interest me.
The definition of success for me is trying to reach for your goals in life and making them come true. I am aiming to start a family and buy 200 acres of farm ground which I would build a house and sheds. I want to start my own beef herd of 125 cow/calf pairs. I also want to continue our family’s custom chopping business and take on more customers. If I reach this goal, that is what a “life of fulfillment” looks for me. I am taking Ag classes and we are learning more about soils, crops and animals. By Michael Droeszler
Success to me is when you meet one of your goals and get to make a new one. I’m aiming to be a nurse. Having everything I need and when I can get the things I want. My senior year will help me by making me work harder to get past college. ~Denise Brady
My personal definition of success is completing the goals I have set. Doing something you always wanted to do and completing it. I am aiming to be a successful guy in life by working hard to get to the place I want to be. I want to be able to look back on my future and say everything I have done has finally paid off for me. A “life of fulfillment” to me is being the best version of myself and being a happy person. I can use my senior year to really propel myself to be successful by maturing as a person. I could get ahead of my future by applying for scholarships now so I can decrease my student debt for the future. This would help me finically going through college and after when I have a job. I can put that money I saved from those scholarships in other places. I am propelling myself currently by taking Kirkwood classes and getting ahead of the game. -Colby Holmes
My definition of success is achieving my goals for the rest of my life. If I get my goals and overachieve them then I feel successful. In life I want to graduate high school, go to college, either double major in music education and music therapy or American Sign Language interpretation, I want to get a good paying job, get married, and start a family. Life of fulfillments for me is achieving my goals for my life and living a long, happy, comfortable life. A life of fulfillment is owning a cabin on a lake up in Minnesota with a boat. I’m using my senior year of high school to get as many college credits as possible.
My personal definition of success is simply when you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. In simple terms if you decide you want to do something, and you do it that is success. Everyone is different and unique and lives in different circumstances and has different experiences and it is for that reason that I think for one to set a universal standard for success that everyone must adhere to is not only insane but ignorant of the uniqueness of people and their circumstances and unfortunately occurs all too often in human society. Now as far as my personal goals for my life and senior year are concerned, I want to become a history teacher and will utilize college reps who visit the school to help me find an appropriate college. When it comes to being fulfilled as long as I end up living completely independent of my guardians and that I am financially stable I wouldn’t require anything else.
Success is succeeding in what you do and enjoying it. If you enjoy what you’re doing, you will do great in it. In life, I would like to be able to graduate high school and be able to own and run my own farm. I would like to have my own farm because I enjoy farming and being on the farm. A life of fulfillment is being able to enjoy life and do the things you like to do. Some people would like to become a doctor or help people, some would like to be a vet and help animals, and some would like to do many other things, but I would like to have a life on a farm and live there. I can use my senior year to help me with this by taking agriculture classes and diesel mechanics. The agriculture classes can help by preparing me for the farm and how to run my own farm. The diesel mechanics class can help by preparing me to be able to work on my own equipment and fix it without having to call someone else.
What success mean to me is that you graduate from high school with the knowledge is go to college to get a better job. Other people don’t want to go to college, but I want to because I want to get something that I like to do. When I get the knowledge that I will need, I want to own my own shop to work on diesel engines small to large engines pickup truck to semi. I am taking diesel mechanics class at NICC. By Kiefer Clark

ReplyDeleteMy personal definition of success is about accomplishing your goal that you set in your life and enjoying what you really like. What I’m aiming for in life is being able to be a mechanic so I can use all my knowledge to repair any car that I have or help anyone that is in need. A life of fulfillment would be me having my own personal house, having a family, helping my parents and having to love my job. My senior year can help me keep learning new things so I could go to college and accomplish my goals that I have set in my life. - Jose Nava
ReplyDeleteMy personal definition of success is being the best person you can possibly be. In todays world people base success off of money or materialistic things. I believe success has more to do with happiness and doing what you love to do everyday. My life goal is to have a job I love, along with a great family. It doesn’t matter how much money I have, I believe it truly matters what kind of person you are and how you treat the people around you. A life of Fulfillment for me would be coming home from a job I love everyday to a wife and kids that I love more. For me that is as happy as someone could be and that is all I want for my life. As a senior I am getting closer to adulthood, this year is a good year to start becoming the man and person I need to be the rest of my life. I can use senior year to propel myself towards success by focusing on academics and how I treat people. -Isaac Hogan
ReplyDeleteSuccess is waking up in the morning and knowing you are where you want to be. You know exactly what you want to do, and you know exactly where you want to be. I am aiming to be secure enough to make decisions and have them backfire, and not have it impact me nearly as much as it would now. A life of fulfillment looks like something I can enjoy doing every single day, without wondering what could've been if I'd done something different. I can use my senior year by simply obtaining college credits to make my life going forward easier. - Joey Shannon
ReplyDeleteFor me, success means setting up goals and accomplishing them. When I graduate from high school I want to go to Kirkwood and study construction management. I want to work for a year before Kirkwood to save money for college. I want to have my own concrete business and create my own house with my own family while helping my family in Mexico.
ReplyDeleteI can use my senior year to take classes to help me with my business.
